[Enter-talk] I Feel Bad For iKON After Seeing Them At ISAC

Idol star athletic championships is a very fun time and they played like highschool students, however during middle school and high-school they were practising … they couldn’t even practise for the athletic competition and couldn’t go on school trips before.. It’s iKON’s first time and i like it a lot… but i can’t help feeling a little bad for them.

– Ah.. i feel really sorry seeing this title…i feel sorry that they had to suffer so many hardships at such a young age, but then i saw that it’s about iKON being social with each other ㅋㅋㅋ ahh ㅠㅠ seeing our babies surrounded by each other ㅠㅠㅠ so cute…ㅠㅠㅠ

The Meaning of #Puzutgan1stWin

On the 29th March, 2018, Korean and International iKONICs mysteriously trended the hashtag #Puzutgan1stWin leaving non-fans and even many fans that were not in the know a little baffled. Here is the amusing story behind it.

On that date iKON had an unusual schedule. As a part of the events being shot for their first and highly anticipated solo reality show, iKONTV, they appeared on Korea’s popular Lotte Home Shopping Network!

There, in a “Mukbang” style broadcast the boys took on the challenge of selling extremely luxurious and high end Beef and Pork from YG’s 3Geori Butchers.The boys displayed their beagle charms, a little aegyo and ate very well indeed!

Their charm must have carried over well because before the show was over the expensive meat was all SOLD OUT!

The boys did a victory dance to celebrate and for a while it was a little chaotic!

iKONICs were reminded once again of one of the very many things we love about our boys.

Shortly after the hashtag #Puzutgan1stWin started floating around and it’s unclear wether it started with Korean or International iKONICs but soon the fandom was united in celebrating the meat sell out with this hashtag. Why?

Apparently “Puzutgan” is the romanisation of the Hangul name for 3Geori Butchers. iKONICs just decided to celebrate selling out the meat like a music show win!

A fun loving group and their fun loving fandom indeed! Here is Top Star News’ coverage of the event.

iKON has been shooting events over the last couple of days in connection with iKONTV with a speculated theme of “Part Timers”. So far they have appeared on the streets of Seoul, Campus Grounds, Aori Ramen and a Day Care Centre.

iKON TV is Really Coming!

March 27, 2018 – it was supposed to be a mediocre day for everyone but iKON members did a little something out of the ordinary. They went out of the streets, campus, and surprised everyone with their kind hearts, warm radiance, and gorgeous smiles.

Ever since iKONTV was officially announced during their Re-Konnect Korea Fan Meeting, the boys of iKON have been popping up mysteriously in different parts of Seoul with film crews. Rumour has it that a theme of the long anticipated Variety Show will be iKON trying their hands out as Part – Timers. Knowing our boys we are antipating great enthusiasm, chaos and fun!

On this particular day our boys showed up unexpectedly in the streets of various school Campuses.

Let’s start off with Chanwoo – Chanwoo had a board set up in Hongdae, photos of all iKON members are posted in it and above them is a question, “Who is the member you would date for a day?” he gave colored stickers to passers-by as he casually talk to iKONICS around him. Even male iKONICS participated in the poll and the board was quickly filled with colored stickers on.

Chanwoo, crowned as the evil maknae called Yunhyeong to give him a little update and to inform him that he was losing on the poll he is conducting.

Jinhwan on the other hand also hosted a poll party, his question was, “Who was the member you want to be a friend?” the venue of his poll party is located at a University and when the news got out there was frustration for those students who happens to have no classes that day!

Seeing Jinhwan standing beside a poll giving colored stickers to students is definitely a rare and must see moment.

Junhoe wandered around the streets. He decided that he will give hugs for 10 lucky iKONICS, which he really did! He also gave some high-fives to those who are around him.

During his stay to entertain his fans – he removed his face mask while he was on the phone and all the girls just fell into his charms and simultaneously uttered, “uwaaaaa~” Again, as always, Junhoe managed to capture the hearts of the ladies (and some dudes too we can imagine).

The weather in South Korea is pretty bad; fine dust is everywhere and Hanbin, together with Yunhyeong and Donghyuk was spotted giving out masks for their dear iKONICS. With caring smiles on their face they made iKONICS’ day better despite the ugly weather.

It was a lucky day for the iKONICs who happened to be out and about that day and an indication of how real and how close iKONTV really is!

Bobby to appear on MBC’S “Radio Star”

On February 8th, the news was released that iKON’s Bobby has finished filming for MBC talk-show ‘Radio Star’, alongside fellow names such as Lee Kikwang, San-E, and Park Song Wang.

The filming has said to be finished on the 7th of February.

The show, hosted by Kim Gook Jin, Yoon Jong Shin, Kim Gura and Cha Tae Hyun, often involves several guests and frequently invites idols to join the panel.

It has been said that Bobby and the other guests showed individuality through their talks, with Kikwang and himself also sharing some “behind-the-scenes” about idol life.

The release date is still yet to be confirmed.

B.I and younger sister Hanbyul to appear on new show “The Game With No Name”

On the 8th of February, Naver announced that the pilot episode of MBC’s new show, ‘The Game With No Name’ (‘문제는 없다’) will feature iKON’s B.I and his sister Kim Hanbyul.

The show is said to involve a room escape puzzle where B.I and Hanbyul work together as contestants.

The article goes on to state that Hanbyul, although shy at first, showed off her skills through dance and worked well with B.I throughout the show.

iKONICS have met Hanbyul before, through her appearance briefly in ‘WIN’ and ‘Mix&Match’, as well as stories B.I has told over the years. Although, this is the first time in a long time that fans will be able to see Hanbyul and B.I together firsthand.

The show is a New Years special and is set to air on the 18th of this month.

iKON’s “Double B” Debut as Variety Show MCs

It was announced today that iKON’s rappers Kim Hanbin and Kim Bobby will be special MCs  on February 3, Music Core together with RED VELVET’s Yeri.

This is the first time since debut that any member of iKON will be a music show MC.

It seems that iKON’s first  venture into world of emcees had garnered a lot of interest.

Both iKON and RED VELVET have had successful comebacks this past weeks and are competing for no.1 place on various music charts. However, many of their fans have interpreted this competition as cute interaction and were hoping for groups to interact in real life as well and not only on charts. Music Core is making their wish a reality.

For the promotion of their new album, Return, iKON has promised to have many activities in Korea as compared to their usual promotion cycles. From recent announcements like these it seems they have every intention of keeping their promise.

Knowing Brothers and Semobang teasers: iKON’s first varieties of the year

Writing ‘iKON’ and ‘varieties’, as in multiple ones, feels completely surreal and so have these past few days – intense and exhausting in the best of ways.

The general public is already loving iKON’s title track ‘Love Scenario’ and in a bit over a week Korea will watch them shine as individuals. iKON will appear in JTBS Knowing Brothers on February 3rd 8:50PM KST, and that same day Bobby will guest on MBC Semobang, at 11:45PM KST.

On January 27th at 2.30PM KST, iKON positioned first on instiz iChart, being the first boy group in 2018 to do so. They currently hold that position comfortably, sixteen hours later and without breaks.

Bobby spotted filming for variety in Busan

Bobby was spotted today in Busan filming a new variety show  MBC’s All Broadcasts of the World with Dara, Noh Sa Yeon, Lee Moo Song and Dindin. The variety will air  sometime in February.

All Broadcasts of the World is a reality show in which cast members document the behind the scenes of popular shows while they are being filmed.

Bobby was seen out and about interacting with the public and looking adorably surprised at being recognized.

JTBC releases preview of Idol School Trip with iKON

JTBC released the first trailer for the upcoming variety Idol School Trip with iKON making us anticipate this even more.

iKONICs rejoice as previews from Fansite Masters confirmed the good news that Song Yunhyeong has safely returned to us from the wilds of Fiji, New Zealand!

Yunhyeong left for New Zealand 5 days ago on August 21st to embark on his debut solo Variety appearance as part of the cast of SBS’ Law of the Jungle!

His activities have been a mystery since then but as iKON (minus Bobby who flew in from LA) who are scheduled to perform at A Nation today, left South Korea for Japan without him yesterday, fans wondered if they would have to perform without their high note specialist.

Fans were profoundly relieved when he finally showed up at Hanada Airport looking a little tired and slimmer but safe and sound!

We do hope he will get a chance to rest a little before climbing A Nation’s famous stage later today.
